Just scammers, everything is fake and they don’t let you return it after paying for delivery all the way from east Europe. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

After hunting across the websites of the mainstream sports stores in the UK, I was unable to find a specific size of trainer that my teen son really wanted. I stumbled upon Footshop and was unsure as I had never heard of them before, but was happy to see that they were active on social media so I took a chance. I am so glad I did, from moment of purchase, communication with them was fluid, rapid and so attentive and felt that my order was uniquely cared for from transaction to delivery - which was also swift! I am definitely going to continue to order those sought after trainers not obtainable anywhere as I know that footshop have me covered!

Do not buy from here if u live within the UK. I ordered a pair of size 6 trainers which took over a month to arrive! When they came they was a size 7.5 I went to return them to find out I needed to pay for my return even though the person I spoke to was able to tell me they could see I ordered a size 6 am confused as to why you would take payments for items you don’t have and to make it worse take over a month to send it!!!!!!!

No customer service skills and it’s the same person who answers the phone all the time which leaves me to question the authenticity.

Save urself the hassle don’t bother order from them !!!!

I recently bought a pair of adidas sneakers for my boyfriend here, and everything was in order, I do not only recommend buying from them for the limited products they have but their kind and helpful service agent as well.

They said I won in the raffle, then 3 workdays later I got another email stating that there was a mistake in the stock numbers and my money will be refunded. On top of that, they offered me a 20% discount but I cannot use it on an already discounted item or in any limited series shoe. They also don't want to tell me how did they choose me not to receive the shoe.

Great selection, great shipping options and a great loyalty program.

The item received was not placed properly, was tried on before because of the creases that were seen on the shoe. However, the shoe didn't fit so I need to pay an additional shipping fee to receive a refund. Customer service was responsive, however, the responses were not that helpful. The overall experience can become better, but needs additional improvements.

Beware, They do not respond for a request to exchange an item. I purchase three different arch cookies to try. One was not suitable. It was not tall enough support in comparison with the other two purchased. After several emails to them requesting return without any response, I gave up. Fortunately I found all the same items on Amazon and ordered them their so screw you foot shop.

Aboslute scammers.

After 3 weeks of waiting for my refund after returning an order (on their website it states up to 2 weeks), I contacted them about it and they said the shoes have been worn and they can return 20% of the sum to me. They based this on a non-existing law which they quoted in their email, and they didn't provide any photo evidence.

In addition, I had returned two pairs of shoes and their email made it sound like both of them were worn. When I called customer service it turns out only one pair was "faulty" according to them, the other one was fine, which they forgot to mention in their email.

Purchased a pair of Yeezy sneakers and ultimately returned them. The RMA process was smooth in that I shipped the shoes to the US location which had to be transported internationally back to Footshop. The process took about one month but I was refunded my money. Good doing business with you.

16/05/22 Update:
I never received my money from my bank. I also asked my bank they said they never received the refund.
I have the proof of course.
I definitely will not delete my review because from my side I am telling the truth that I never received my refund. My bank neither.
As I wrote in the email, my bank needs you to confirm when you give the refund, as well as the ARN number, so that they can identify the reimbursements on their end.
However, I did not receive a reply.

I returned my order on Mar 23 and haven’t received the refund by NOW.
I contacted with there client services but they told me the order is refunded. However, I still didn’t receive the money.
I have to submit a dispute through my bank but I have to wait and I’m not sure whether I will receive the refund or not.
I provided all the proofs to the bank and the merchant. But still no refund.
Avoid.
